Unity tariff plan

Until 30/06/2025, subscribers from the cities of Goris, Gavar, Ijevan, Sevan, Artashat, Nor Hachn, Byureghavan, Ashtarak, and the village of Jrvezh who sign up for the Unity regional packages for 12 months will receive 3 months for free. Depending on the type of the tariff, Unity tariffs include mobile phone service with monthly Postpaid subscription, fixed internet, television, and fixed telephony.

You can subscribe to Unity tariffs for 12 months or for an indefinite period.

The 12 month subscription period to your Unity tariff does not include any term remaining until the end of your previous (current) subscription plan (package).

Starting from 14/08/2023 2 months after the end term of your commitment it will be automatically extended for another 12 months. If you do not wish to extend it, just visit the Ucom service center within 2 months after the end of the commitment period.

The following speeds apply without subscription:Unity 7000 Regional - 25 Mbps,Unity 8000 - 25 Mbps, Unity 9000 Region - 25 Mbps, Unity 12500 - 50 Mbps, Unity Super 16000 - 100 Mbps, Unity Super 20000 - 100 Mbps.

The specified speeds of the fixed internet are available via cable connection. The Wi-Fi connection speeds may depend on the technical capabilities of the router, as well as may be affected by the sensitivity of the receiving device and by the surrounding Wi-Fi noise.

For all the services included in your Unity tariff there is one single credit limit (the maximum negative balance within which you can use the services). If this credit limit is being exceeded, only telephony services will be limited (you will not be able to make outgoing calls), and the rest of the services included in the tariff continue to be duly provided. In such a case, you must fully pay the monthly fee for your tariff.

Inclusions of minutes, SMS and MB not used during the current month will not be transferred to the next month.

For the full and safe use of the mentioned applications, you must have a positive account balance. When using free applications included in the basic package, it is possible to exchange data with other internet resources, for which a fee will be charged under the tariff.

Reactivation of inclusions of mobile services of the basic package will start 10 minutes before the end of the term of active inclusions. Before the reactivation of inclusions, you must have in your account the amount, required for the activation of this tariff. The inclusions of mobile services of the Basic package cannot be used when in roaming.

The sharing of the internet of the mobile services included in the basic package and its use from other equipment (Tethering) may be limited by Ucom.

According to the doctrine of “fair use”, Ucom allows all of its subscribers to equally benefit from the high-quality mobile services. If within 30 days of validity (for number of the basic package - 1 month) when the 200 GB limit is exceeded, the maximum available speed equals to 512 Kbit/s. In the case of Unity Super SIM-cards, the mentioned speed will be valid until the expiration date, and in case of the telephone number of mobile services of the Basic package (Main number) that speed will be valid until the 1^st day of the upcoming month.

This speed is sufficient for you to fully use social networks, messenger and a number of other services.
You will continue benefiting from internet without being charged for the megabytes you consume.

The Unity 9000 regional tariff plan is available for connection to residents of the following addresses in Yerevan who are not Unity subscribers.

Starting from 01/05/2023, new subscribers to the Unity 7000 regional package (who are not Ucom fixed services subscribers) will receive a Wi-Fi 6 device. New subscribers to the Unity 8000, Unity 9000, Unity 12 500, Unity Super 16 000, and Unity Super 20 000 packages will also receive a Wi-Fi 6 device.

The specified fixed internet speeds and Super SIMs of Unity packages are available with a 12-month subscription.

The uMix Regional+ tariff plan is available with a 12-month subscription.

• Minutes can be used for calls to all local fixed networks.

Join the Unity 12 000 tariff plan with a discount for 10 900 AMD per month, until June 30, 2025.

Your mobile and fixed services may be activated at different times due to the need for cable installation and/or device setup, which are required for providing fixed services.

Before your fixed services from the Unity tariff are activated, you will only have access to mobile services, for which you will be charged based on your Basic Package, as shown in Table 1, according to the number of days you use the service.
The monthly fee set by your Unity tariff will be calculated upon the moment of activation of the fixed service (of the given month, taking into account the number of days of services provision).

When migrating from Ucom fixed services to one of the Unity tariffs (if no new devices need to be installed), the Handover Agreement for the devices already installed at the subscriber’s address becomes part of the Subscription Agreement for the Basic Package, and no new agreement is signed.

If you refuse the Wi-Fi 6 device once, you will need to pay a 10,000 dram fee for its reinstallation.

Additional services are also available for the Unity 9000 regional, Unity 12000, Unity Super 16000, Unity Super 20000 packages.

* The additional TV package includes all channels from the main Unity package.

*** Until April 30, 2024, the monthly fee for the Static IP service will be 1 000 AMD per static IP. From May 1, 2024, the monthly fee for the Static IP service will be 2 000 AMD (instead of the previous 1 000 AMD) per static IP.

The speed of the Static IP provided with Unity Super Packages is up to 50 Mbps.

When you subscribe to one of the basic packages for 12 months:
 

Upgrading to a Higher-Tier Package:
You can switch to a higher-priced Unity tariff without incurring any penalties while maintaining your current subscription. The change in the subscription fee will be applied once the fixed services are actually activated.

Downgrading to a Lower-Tier Package:
If you decide to switch to a more affordable Unity tariff, Ucom reserves the right to charge you a penalty as specified in the terms and conditions.

Temporarily Suspending Fixed Services:
You can temporarily suspend the fixed services included in your basic package for up to 60 days, following Ucom's established procedure. During this time, you can still use mobile services, for which you will pay based on your current tariff plan, as shown in Table 1, depending on the number of days the services are active.

Using 180 Free Minutes with uPhone:
When connecting to a Unity tariff with your landline (uPhone), you will initially have access to 180 free minutes included in the Unity package. After you use up these free minutes, you will be charged for the landline services based on the rates of your previous tariff plan.

Every month, you will receive a bill that includes the monthly fee for the previous month, and if applicable, any negative balance. The total amount of the bill must be paid by the 20th of the current month, regardless of whether or not you have used the services.

If payment is not made:
The services included in your basic package will be restricted (except for incoming calls to mobile and landline phones) until the full payment of your debt is made.
The monthly fee for your tariff plan will still be charged during the restriction period.

If you do not pay by the 1st of the following month:
Ucom reserves the right to suspend all services until the full payment is made.
During the suspension period, no monthly fees will be charged.
Reactivating services:

Once any outstanding debt (including unpaid monthly fees, current negative balance, and penalties for late payments) is settled during the suspension period, your services will be reactivated.
When services are reactivated, the monthly fee for that month will be charged based on the number of days the service was provided.
Payment Method:

You pay for your Unity tariffs via a single bill by simply recharging your Unity phone number.

Unity Super SIM Cards
You can acquire your preferred Unity Super SIM cards (Prepaid SIM cards) when subscribing to one of the Unity tariff plans for 12 months. The number of Unity Super SIM cards you can receive depends on the type of Unity tariff plan you choose.

You can get Unity Super SIM cards either at the time of subscribing to the Basic Package or at any time after, either in your name or for a third party.
The subscriber of the Basic Package has the right to remove the Unity Super SIM card from the group without the user’s consent or participation.
Rights and Limitations for Unity Super SIM Users:
Unity Super SIM card users (without the consent of the Basic number subscriber) have the ability to:
Change their tariff plan (package),
Leave the Unity group,
Terminate their subscription agreement with Ucom.
Important Notes:
Unity Super SIM users will not be eligible for any special promotions or benefits.
The monthly fee will be adjusted according to the selected tariff plan.
If the services included in the Unity tariff are suspended or restricted, or if the Unity Super SIM card is removed from the Unity group, or if the Unity subscriber migrates to a different (non-Unity) tariff plan, the special inducements will no longer apply.
Inclusions and Activation:
The inclusions of the Basic Package will be valid for 30 days.
After 30 days, the inclusions will be automatically reactivated, and the corresponding amount will be charged to your account.
If there are insufficient funds in your account, the inclusions will not be activated, and you will continue using Ucom services at the basic rates of your Unity tariff.
To activate the inclusions, you need to recharge your balance with the amount equal to the inclusion’s fee.

You can check the inclusions of your tariff by dialing *133# and selecting “Inclusions”.

Monthly Subscription Fees Outside Unity Tariffs:
Unity 1500: 3,000 AMD per month.
Unity 3500: 5,000 AMD per month.

Rates after inclusions

You can use the inclusions provided within the tariff plan/package, once you have received the confirmation SMS message/notification.

MMS to local networks: 15 AMD/MMS,

MMS to international networks: 290 AMD/MMS *

*  Is valid only for the specified operators in the following countries: Orange Austria, Orange Jordan, Orange Moldova, Orange France, Free Mobile France, Kcell Kazakhstan, Unicom China, MTS Russia, Magticom Georgia, Kyivstar Ukraine, Babilon-Mobile Tajikistan, Coscom Uzbekistan.

If you, as a subscriber of the Basic Package, terminate the 12-month commitment Subscription Agreement prior to its expiration date (for any reason), Ucom has the right to charge you a penalty as follows:

For Unity 7000 and Unity 8000 tariffs: 10,000 AMD.
For Unity 9000, Unity 12000, and Unity 12500 tariffs: 15,000 AMD.
For Unity Super 16000 and Unity Super 20000 tariffs: 20,000 AMD.

Additional Charges Upon Termination:
The fee for services you’ve used (such as fixed phone services, roaming, or any additional services activated by you) that have been accrued at the time of termination will not be reflected in the Ucom Billing System immediately. Therefore, a separate bill for these services will be presented to you a few days later.0
You must pay the full amount of this debt within 10 days from the date you receive the corresponding bill, regardless of the reason for terminating the Subscription Agreement.

Device Return:
Ucom reserves the right to charge you a penalty and the cost of any Ucom Devices listed on www.ucom.am, if you fail to return the devices in proper condition within 15 days from the date of contract termination.
This includes returning devices with incomplete accessories or preventing a Ucom employee from dismantling the devices.
For every instance of non-return of the "Adapter" or HDMI cable, Ucom has the right to demand a penalty of 5000 AMD.

Service Suspension:
Your mobile telephony services will be suspended until the device(s) are returned, or the full or deferred payment of the devices’ cost (including the penalty) is made.

Installation procedure

If you've already explored the extensive opportunities offered by Ucom’s services and wish to subscribe, here’s a step-by-step guide to becoming a Ucom subscriber:

First step:

Subscribe to our services either by visiting one of our service centers or fill out the application form online. You can either visit a Ucom service center or have one of our sales representatives visit you to sign the contract for service provision.

Second step:

After signing the application form, your fixed services connection will be activated within 7 working days (10 working days for private homes). You can select the date and time for the installation work to take place.

Third step:

Installation Team Visit: Our team will bring the fiber-optic cable to your home, install the necessary equipment (e.g., GPON optical converter, and for uTV subscribers, a TV Box), activate the service, and test the connection to ensure everything is working.

Congratulations! You’re now a Ucom subscriber.
 

Connection Work Tariffs

For Multi-Apartment Buildings: The cost of connection work is included in the overall service fees.

For Private Homes (Villas): The connection fee is calculated based on the distance from the nearest access point, as follows:

• Up to 100 meters of optical cable installation: 15,000 AMD (one-time fee).
  For every additional meter beyond 100 meters, the cost will be 200 AMD per meter.
  Note: If you subscribe to a Unity tariff plan for 12 months, the one-time 15,000 AMD connection fee is waived for distances up to 200 meters. You will only be charged for distances exceeding 200 meters.
• If the 12-month subscription contract is terminated before the contract’s expiration, Ucom reserves the right to charge a penalty for the canceled connection fee under any special offer.
  Internal Wiring with UTP/FTP Cables:
• If the length does not exceed 55 meters, the cost for internal wiring is included in the total service fees.
  If the length exceeds 55 meters, the subscriber will be charged for each additional meter, starting from the 51st meter, at 150 AMD per meter.
  Example: If 85 meters of cable is used for the installation, you will be charged for the extra 35 meters at 150 AMD per meter. 

For Multiple Connection Points:
If you subscribe for more than two connection points, an additional 20 meters of internal wiring will be added for each connection point to the initial 55 meters covered by the total service fee.
Example: For 4 connection points, the cost will cover 90 meters of internal wiring, and you’ll only pay for any excess length beyond this.

Exceptions for Special Tariff Packages:
If a subscriber subscribes to a special tariff package in an area used by a legal entity, private entrepreneur, or a profit-driven activity, the following applies:
Optical cables will be charged 200 AMD per meter from the 51st meter onward.
Internal cables (UTP/FTP) will be charged 150 AMD per meter from the 51st meter onward if the total length exceeds 55 meters.
Fixed Charges:

In certain areas, fixed installation charges may apply for cable installation works. For detailed information on these charges, please visit Ucom’s sales and service centers.

Ucom has the right to demand from you a penalty and the amount equal to the cost of the Device(s) indicated on the website www.ucom.am, if within 15-day period from the date of termination of the Subscription Agreement, you do not return Ucom Devices in due condition (return the Devices with incomplete units (accessories) or prevent dismantling of Device(s) by a Ucom employee), and for each case of non-return of the "Adapter" or HDMI cable, Ucom has the right to demand a fine of 5000 AMD from you.

Provisional Credit:
A provisional sum of 30 rubles will be credited to your Russian number upon entering Russia, allowing you to make calls before recharging your balance.

Usage Details:

In Armenia:
You will use your Armenian number with a Unity tariff plan.

In Russia:
You will use your Russian number under the “My Armenia” prepaid tariff plan, without roaming charges.

Free Incoming Calls in Russia:
While in Russia, you will receive free incoming calls to your Armenian number, provided it is active and your Russian number is not restricted at your request.

Recharging Your Numbers:
In Armenia:
You can recharge your Russian number using the QiWi electronic wallet, as well as online payment methods.
You can recharge your Armenian number using various available payment methods.

In Russia:
You can recharge your Armenian number via QiWi terminals, the electronic wallet, or online through websites accepting Armenian-issued bank cards.
You can recharge your Russian number using available payment methods.
