    The number of portable numbers is unlimited. You can port any number registered under your name.

    Porting the number to the Ucom network is free of charge.
  • How can my friends using services of my previous operator know that I have changed my operator?
    While calling you, they will hear a beep informing them that they are calling a subscriber of another operator.The beep will disappear if they become Ucom subscribers too.
  • Can I continue using my previous tariff plans and services after porting my number to the Ucom network?
    Once the process is successfully completed, you will no longer be a subscriber of your previous operator, and all services provided by them will be discontinued. Instead, you will have the opportunity to select from Ucom’s attractive and diverse services.
  • Can I use the positive balance on my account after porting my number to Ucom?
    If there is a positive balance on your current account, it will not be transferred to your Ucom new account as a result of the number portability process.

    Yes, the number transfer request may be rejected for several reasons.

    Yes, you can transfer your number regardless of whether you have debt or not. Transferring your number does not cancel your financial obligations to your previous operator, and you must fulfill them to avoid negative legal consequences.
