- You can make the one-shot payment for a phone number provision both in cash and via bank card.
- If you choose the cash payment option, you’ll need to visit any of the Ucom sales and service centers within 1 business day after the Ucom employee’s call and collect your SIM-card with a Premium class number, while having paid the corresponding provision fee and signed a subscription agreement. Should you fail to complete the above steps, the order of the number will be cancelled, and the number you’ve chosen shall remain available for further sale.
- In case you choose the bank card payment option, the delivery of your SIM-card with a Premium class number will be done free of charge, to the address specified by you, within 3 business days after the online one-shot payment of the phone number provision fee.

- When submitting the application the presence of the subscriber (in the case of an authorized person, a notarized power of attorney is required) and the third party with a passport or identity card* is mandatory.
- In cases where the subscriber has obligations towards the "nice" phone number, the corresponding penalty and 50% of the cost of the phone number must be paid when changing the ownership.
- When changing the ownership of "Gold", "Platinum", "Diamond" phone numbers, 50% of the cost of the phone number shall be subject to payment.
- In case of changing the ownership of "Silver" and "Bronze" phone numbers, AMD 1,000 shall be subject to payment.
- Change of ownership of a "nice" phone number is free of charge if the phone number is renamed in the name of another family member. Family members are considered to be parents, children, wife, husband, sister, brother.
*In case of death of the subscriber, the change of ownership is carried out upon presentation of a death certificate.
