Provision of call details

This service enables you getting your call details both from Ucom service centers and while staying home, simply by visiting Ucom application.

In Ucom service centers you can get your outgoing call details for the period of 1 year preceding the time of your inquiry, and for the period of maximum 62 days, if you choose to get them via your Ucom application.
Based on your inquiry made via Ucom application, call details are sent to the e-mail address mentioned by you absolutely for free, and in order to get a hard copy of call details from Ucom service centers, you’ll need to pay 100 AMD for outgoing call details. The mentioned amount is charged for 1 calendar month, regardless of the number of days.
