To check the remainder and the validity period of the bundle dial *133#. In order to avoid extra charges when using your uTravel 1 GB bundle, we advise you to regularly check your account for you to be sure that the remainder of the bundle is not consumed.
You can activate the internet bundle by paying both from your positive and negative balances. In case you are a Butterfly monthly subscription user you can activate the uTravel 1 GB bundle from your monthly fee. You can activate several bundles at a time.
uTravel 1 GB bundle can be used when your number is in active period. Please note that in case the roaming internet inclusion is consumed while roaming, the session will not be interrupted and you will continue using the internet according to the current roaming rates of the operator you have switched.
In case of tariff plan or subscription, type change the uTravel 1 GB bundles will be kept and you will keep on benefiting from the bundle till the end of its validity period.
