If you are a U!Go subscriber, then every month you receive a bundle of high-speed internet in accordance with your tariff plan. Upon expiration of the high-speed internet bundle the download speed becomes 64 kb/sec, while the upload speed is 8 kb/sec.
In case you’re a U!Go 12500 service subscriber, every month you’ll get a high-speed internet bundle and Ucom on-net minutes, as well as minutes to call local fixed networks. Upon consumption of the bundles included in the monthly subscription, you have a possibility to make calls and send short messages by recharging your account or using your credit limit. The unused internet and minutes shall not be transferred to the upcoming month.
U!Go 2500 service is limited to tablet users only, and the use of the SIM-card in other devices is prohibited. U!Go 3500 tariff plan is designed for the regions inhabitants only. To benefit from U!Go 3500 and U!Go 5500 mobile internet services you can acquire a corresponding modem at special conditions or by paying the entire price. The modems are provided to you with the manufacturer’s warranty. The modems and devices offered by Ucom are compatible exclusively with Ucom services and with Ucom SIM-cards only.
If you acquire modem together with Ucom mobile internet service (except U!Go 2500 service), you’ll have 15 days to test the service, in particular, to determine whether it meets your needs and requirements, and whether there is coverage in places where you mainly plan to use the service and get acquainted with mobile internet services. If you have any questions about the internet service, using it or its quality during the test period, feel free to contact any Ucom service center and when there’s no mutually acceptable solution found, you may terminate your subscription. When terminating the subscription, the monthly fee may be charged or not charged depending on the specific conditions:
- If the high-speed internet volume you’ve consumed is less than 100 MB, then the monthly fee for the services shall not be charged.
- In case the high-speed internet volume you’ve consumed exceeds 100 MB, and in case you’ve used it during the same month, the monthly fee will be reduced proportionally to the number of days you’ve been using the service.
- In case the high-speed internet volume you’ve consumed is equal or exceeds 100 MB and if you’ve consumed them during the month of the device acquisition and the next month, then you’ll pay only the monthly fee of the next month.
Later on, feel free to re-subscribe to Ucom mobile internet service 2 months after the day you’ve returned the equipment and not more than 3 times during the period of 1 year.
The agreement of the Ucom mobile internet’s U!Go services subscription is concluded for an indefinite term, and you are free to terminate it any time, by simply visiting Ucom service center.
If you have acquired a modem at special conditions and with commitment to remain Ucom subscriber during a certain period of time, when subscribing to Ucom internet services, then after the commitment expiry the subscription will continue unless you terminate it by visiting Ucom service center.
In case you wish to resolve the Subscription Agreement in active period of services delivery, when you have already received the monthly inclusions as per your tariff plan, you will have to pay the monthly fee of the current month in full.
