Ucom Postpaid internet service is activated, if, while subscribing to the relevant tariff plan, you pay one full monthly fee according to your tariff plan.
If you acquire a modem under special conditions, apart from the first monthly fee you will also need to pay for the modem while subscribing.
The service will be active until the 20th day of the following month. In active period you can use the internet service, send and receive SMSes, and in case of Flybox and U!Box services you can also make and receive local and international calls within the limits of your tariff plan, recharged amounts, extra credit limit, activated services and service bundles. To activate services and service bundles you will need to have extra credit limit or a recharged amount on your account. If you do not pay until the payment date (20th day of each month), the service will enter its passive period. Each month you need to pay your monthly fee and the amount used from your credit limit. The passive period lasts until the end of the following month. In this period you can only receive SMSes as well as calls, if you are Flybox or U!Box service subscriber. Please, note that active services and service bundles are preserved during the passive period, but you cannot use them. You can reactivate all the services any time within the passive period by simply paying the monthly fees for the current and previous months as well as the amount used from your credit limit. The monthly fee is charged for the passive period, except from physical and legal entity subscribers, whose services have entered into the passive period after the 31st of October, 2015 and the 30th of November, 2015, respectively, and who do not wish to continue using the service. Should you fail to pay the outstanding debt by the end of the passive period, your internet service will be deactivated (suspended) for a period of 1 month, during which you can still activate all your services by simply paying the unpaid monthly fees, the amount used from your credit limit and the late payment penalties. Unless you fully pay your outstanding debt by the end of the suspension period, the subscription agreement may be unilaterally terminated by Ucom without a prior notice, and your number may be provided to another subscriber. In this case service reactivation is done on general basis.
