If you are a U!Flash or U!Fi services subscriber and want to become a Flybox service subscriber, visit any Ucom Service Center, sign a relevant application/agreement, other documents required by Ucom, acquire a modem corresponding to the current service type, new SIM card, if your previous SIM card is not compatible with the new modem, and in case negative balance or other debts are applicable, pay the relevant amounts. If you have acquired a modem at special conditions and your commitment is not yet fulfilled, then you will be required to pay the fees and penalty set forth by the subscription agreement. On your account you should have credit equal to 1 month subscription fee of the chosen tariff plan. The change will take effect as from the 1st day of the month following the day of the change.
U!Box subscribers are not allowed to migrate to all other internet services and from all other internet services migration to U!Box is also forbidden.
If you do not have any debts, and there is a positive credit on your account (additional recharge made), the latter will not be nullified and will be fully transferred to the balance of your new service. During migration internet traffic remaining on your previous account will be transferred to your new account. In any case, the transferred traffic cannot exceed double amount of high-speed internet traffic of your new tariff plan. In case it does, the difference will be nullified. While migrating from Flybox to U!Flash or U!Fi, minutes or SMS bundles are not transferrable.
If you are a U!Flash or U!Fi subscriber and want to change your subscription type to Internet Daily you should have minimum 500 AMD positive credit (additional recharge on account). After the subscription type change this 500 AMD amount will be transferred to your account and you can use it for Ucom internet services. Moreover, after the migration positive credit and active SMS-bundles remaining on your previous account will be transferred to your new account.
