If you are a U!Flash, U!Fi, U!Tab, U!Box or Flybox services subscriber, you can change your tariff plan free of charge any time by visiting Ucom Personal page or Ucom Service Center and signing a relevant application/agreement, in case change of the tariff plan is allowed within the frames of the current offer. If your account balance is negative or you have other debts, the relevant amounts should be paid in order to change the tariff plan. The new tariff plan and credit limit will take effect as from the 1st day of the month following the day of the change. Minutes and SMSes included in the tariff plan are not transferable in case of tariff plan change. Tariff plan change is not allowed from U!Flash and U!Fi to U!Tab service.
Please note, that you can change your Internet Mekic Mek subscription to another tariff plan if your services are active.
If you are an Internet Mekic Mek subscriber and want to change your tariff plan to Internet Daily you should have minimum 1000 AMD positive credit (additional recharge on account). After the tariff plan change this amount will be transferred to your account and you can use it for Ucom internet services. After the tariff plan change your SIM card validity will be kept.
Please note, that you can change your Internet Mekic Mek subscription to another tariff plan if your services are active.
Migrations from Prepaid Internet Daily and Internet Mekic Mek to U!Tab service are not allowed.
