In case of Ucom Business service, the change of the tariff plan is made as per change of the quantity of lines (addition or decrease). To do it, the subscriber will need to visit Ucom Flagship store or appeal to the sales coordinator, by signing a relevant agreement (appendix).
The subscriber may also change the chosen type of Closed User Group per each line from Ucom online self-care page, designed for corporate subscribers. In case of change of the Closed User Group, the monthly fee for the use of the Closed User Group with regard to the given line will be charged for the relevant month, regardless of the quantity of the days of its use.
