Depending on the type of the tariff, Unity tariffs include mobile phone service with monthly Postpaid subscription, fixed internet, television, and fixed telephony.

You can subscribe to Unity tariffs for 12 months or for an indefinite period.

The 12 month subscription period to your Unity tariff does not include any term remaining until the end of your previous (current) subscription plan (package).

Starting from 14/08/2023 2 months after the end term of your commitment it will be automatically extended for another 12 months. If you do not wish to extend it, just visit the Ucom service center within 2 months after the end of the commitment period.

The following speeds apply without subscription:Unity 7000 Regional - 25 Mbps,Unity 8000 - 25 Mbps, Unity 9000 Region - 25 Mbps, Unity 12500 - 50 Mbps, Unity Super 16000 - 100 Mbps, Unity Super 20000 - 100 Mbps.

The specified speeds of the fixed internet are available via cable connection. The Wi-Fi connection speeds may depend on the technical capabilities of the router, as well as may be affected by the sensitivity of the receiving device and by the surrounding Wi-Fi noise.

For all the services included in your Unity tariff there is one single credit limit (the maximum negative balance within which you can use the services). If this credit limit is being exceeded, only telephony services will be limited (you will not be able to make outgoing calls), and the rest of the services included in the tariff continue to be duly provided. In such a case, you must fully pay the monthly fee for your tariff.

Inclusions of minutes, SMS and MB not used during the current month will not be transferred to the next month.

For the full and safe use of the mentioned applications, you must have a positive account balance. When using free applications included in the basic package, it is possible to exchange data with other internet resources, for which a fee will be charged under the tariff.

Reactivation of inclusions of mobile services of the basic package will start 10 minutes before the end of the term of active inclusions. Before the reactivation of inclusions, you must have in your account the amount, required for the activation of this tariff. The inclusions of mobile services of the Basic package cannot be used when in roaming.

The sharing of the internet of the mobile services included in the basic package and its use from other equipment (Tethering) may be limited by Ucom.

According to the doctrine of “fair use”, Ucom allows all of its subscribers to equally benefit from the high-quality mobile services. If within 30 days of validity (for number of the basic package - 1 month) when the 200 GB limit is exceeded, the maximum available speed equals to 512 Kbit/s. In the case of Unity Super SIM-cards, the mentioned speed will be valid until the expiration date, and in case of the telephone number of mobile services of the Basic package (Main number) that speed will be valid until the 1^st day of the upcoming month.

This speed is sufficient for you to fully use social networks, messenger and a number of other services.
You will continue benefiting from internet without being charged for the megabytes you consume.

Your mobile and fixed services may be activated at different times due to the cable laying out and (or) Device installation (configuration) works, necessary for fixed services’ provision.

Prior to the provision of the fixed service comprised in the Unity tariff, you will benefit from mobile services only, for which you will pay under the type of your Basic Package in the amount indicated in Table 1, taking into account the number of days of service provision. The monthly fee set by your Unity tariff will be calculated upon the moment of activation of the fixed service (of the given month, taking into account the number of days of services provision).

When migrating from Ucom fixed services to one of the Unity tariffs (if there is no need to install new Device(s)), the Delivery and Handover Act of already installed Device(s) in the address (Area) of the Subscriber makes a constituent part of the Subscription Agreement to the Basic Package, and a new Handover Act is not being signed.

If the Unity service subscriber once refuses the Wi-Fi 6 device installed within the framework of his/her package, he/she shall pay the fee of 10 000 drams for the next installation of the device.

When subscribing to one of the basic packages for 12 months:

- You can migrate (subscribe) to a more expensive Unity tariff without paying any penalties, by preserving your current subscription. The change of the subscription fee will be made upon the moment of the actual provision of fixed services.

- In case of switching to a lower Unity tariff, Ucom preserves the right to demand from you a fine stipulated in these terms.

You can temporarily suspend the provision of fixed services included in the basic package for up to 60 days in accordance with the procedure established by Ucom, at the same time benefiting from mobile services for which you will pay under the type of your tariff in the amount indicated in Table 1, taking into account the number of days for the services’ provision.

When connecting to one of the Unity tariffs with your landline (uPhone) phone number, you will first use the free 180 minutes included in the Unity package, after the consumption of which you will pay for the landline services in accordance with your previous tariff plan rates.

Payment

Each month a bill containing the monthly fee for the previous month and for the negative balance, if any, shall be sent to the Subscriber. You will pay the amount of debt mentioned in the bill until the 20th of the given month, regardless of actual use of the services. In case of non-payment, the services included in the basic package will be restricted (except for incoming calls by mobile and fixed phone services) until full payment of the debt. Monthly fees are charged for the period of suspension. If the debts for the previous months (outstanding monthly fees, current negative balance and penalties for late payments) are paid during the period of suspension, the services will be reactivated. The monthly fee for the month of service reactivation will be charged taking into account the number of days.

You pay for Unity tariffs by a single bill, simply by recharging your Unity main phone number.

You can get your preferred Unity Super SIM (Prepaid SIM card) cards upon subscription to one of Unity tariffs for 12 months. The number of Unity Super SIM cards depends on the type of your tariff.

At any time you can get Unity super SIM cards on your name or on the name of a third party both upon subscription and after that.

The subscriber of the basic package can remove Unity Super SIM card from the group without consent or participation of its user.

The user of Unity Super SIM card (without the Basic number subscriber’s consent) can change his/her tariff plan (package), leave the Unity group or terminate the subscription agreement signed between him/her and Ucom.

Unity super SIM users will not be able to benefit from the special inducements: the monthly fee will change according with the user selected tariff plan, if the services provided by the Unity tariff are restricted or suspended, or if the Unity Super SIM card is removed from the Unity group, or if the subscriber of Unity tariff migrates to another (non-Unity) tariff plan.

Inclusions of the basic package will be valid for 30 days. Upon the expiry of 30 days, the inclusions will be automatically activated, and a corresponding amount will be charged from your account. In case there are no sufficient funds on your account, the inclusions will not be activated, and you will continue using Ucom services at the basic rates under your Unity tariff. To activate the inclusions you need to recharge (refill) your balance with an amount equal to the inclusions’ fee. You can check the inclusions of your tariff by dialing *133# and choosing “Inclusions”.

Outside of the Unity tariff, the monthly subscription fee for the Unity 1500 is 3000 drams.
Outside of the Unity tariff, the monthly subscription fee for the Unity 3500 is 5000 drams.

You can use the inclusions provided within the tariff plan/package, once you have received the confirmation SMS message/notification.

2 Numbers in 1 SIM Card
If you subscribe to the "2 numbers in 1 SIM card" (or dual SIM) service, you will receive the following benefits:
- 2 numbers in one SIM card: Armenian number for use in Armenia, and Russian number for use in Russia, without roaming service.
- сalls from Armenia to all networks in Russia at the expense of minutes included in the tariff plan, cheap calls from Russia to all networks in Armenia from a Russian number.
- free incoming calls to Armenian and Russian numbers while being both in Armenia and Russia.
- roaming with an Armenian number outside Armenia and Russia, under Ucom roaming tariffs, as well as incoming calls when in roaming, both to Armenian and Russian numbers
- provisional sum in the amount of 30 rubles to the Russian number to make calls before recharging the balance when entering Russia.
While in Armenia, you will use your Armenian number with one of the Unity tariffs, and in Russia you will use your Russian number under “My Armenia” prepaid tariff plan, without roaming service.
While in Russia, you will receive free incoming calls to your Armenian number if it is active and if the Russian number is not restricted at your request.

In Armenia, you can recharge a Russian number through the QiWi electronic wallet, as well as online, and you can recharge an Armenian number through available payment methods. In Russia, you can recharge an Armenian number through QiWi terminals and electronic wallet, as well as online through the sites of bank cards issued in Armenia. Contract Termination

If you, as a subscriber of the basic package (regardless of the reasons and grounds), terminate the 12-month commitment Subscription Agreement prior to the expiration date, Ucom shall have the right to demand a penalty from you.

- In the case of Unity 7000 and 8000 tariffs: in the amount of 10 000 AMD,

- In the case of Unity 9000, 12000 and 12500 tariffs: in the amount of 15 000AMD,

- In the case of Unity 16000 and Unity 20,000 Super tariffs: 20 000AMD.

The fee (debt) for provision of some services (for example, fixed phone service, roaming, additional services activated by the Subscriber) to you, accrued at the time of termination of the Subscription Agreement for the Unity tariff, is not reflected in the Ucom Billing System, therefore, a bill for these services will be presented to you a few days later. You shall be obliged to pay in full the debt for the services provided during 10 days upon the moment of receipt of the corresponding bill, regardless the circumstances of termination of the Subscription Agreement.

Ucom has the right to demand from you a penalty and the amount equal to the cost of the Device(s) indicated on the website www.ucom.am, if within 15-day period from the date of termination of the Subscription Agreement, you do not return Ucom Devices in due condition (return the Devices with incomplete units (accessories) or prevent dismantling of Device(s) by a Ucom employee), and for each case of non-return of the "Adapter" or HDMI cable, Ucom has the right to demand a fine of 5000 AMD from you.

In this case, your mobile telephony services will be suspended until the return of the Device(s) or until full or deferred payment of their cost (the amount of the penalty).
