When subscribing to one of the uNet TPs for 12 months:
- You can migrate (subscribe) to a more expensive uNet without paying any penalties, by preserving your current subscription. The change of the subscription fee will be made upon the moment of the actual provision of fixed services.
- In case of switching to a lower uNet tariff, Ucom preserves the right to demand from you a fine stipulated in the in the 12-month subscription agreement.
