You can also acquire Prepaid SIM cards of Ucom’s mobile services both from “Haymamul” open booths from all “Haypost” branches.
When acquiring the card, you will need to present an identification document and pay 1000 AMD, which will be completely transferred to your account.

At the moment, only smartphones, tablets, remote controls, Prepaid and Postpaid cards as well as mobile internet services (uGo, uFi+uGo) are available for sale through the web shop of Ucom.Smartphones are available for cash sales only. Subscription sales and credit sales options are not available yet.
Delivery service is provided in Yerevan, within 1 working day as well as in regional cities within 3 business days.

During the state of emergency, some operations performed at the service centers of Ucom are also performed through the Call Center:
- uFi return within 15 days
- SIM card replacement
- Adjustment of wrong payments
- Receiving information about warranty service requests.

Online payments can be made via uPay app and through other platforms, such as iDram, TelCell, EasyPay and other payment terminals or apps as well as via all ATMs of ArCa system and ArCa app, a number of banking apps, etc.

Until May 31, 2020 the subscribers of Universal, Universal Plus postpaid tariff plans and uPrepaid tariff plans of Ucom’s mobile services will benefit from www.zoom.us website and Zoom mobile application, Skype, Viber and WhatsApp mobile applications, www.armedu.am and a set of other websites without having to pay for the internet volume consumed.
This is being done within the frames of Corporate Social Responsibility of Ucom and cooperation with the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of RA, which aims to promote distance learning throughout Armenia.
