- an extra SIM card to swap the existing card in case of its damage, without visiting a service center; simply call 777, and we will activate the SIM card by attributing it to Your active number;

UcomPremier subscribers can use the following services without any extra payments:
- unlimited access to Ucom TV VoD movies;
- activation of Premium WiFi service at only 1 address of the subscriber, which also includes the monthly fee of the service;
- installation of an additional WiFi device and service activation;
- configuration of WiFi device at subscriber's address;
- access to Ucom Care services;
- maintenance of fixed services;
- swapping power supply unit (PSU), SCART, UTP cable connector and HDMI cable, moving GPON device inside subscriber's apartment.
UcomPremier subscribers will be served out of turn in the following cases:
- troubleshooting issues relating to mobile and fixed services;
- connection of fixed services;
- measurement of fixed services;
