With the Ucom Mobile application (hereinafter referred to as Mobile application), You’ll be able to check the current balance of the mobile service directly from Your smartphone, change Your tariff plan, Ucom password, activate and deactivate paid services, offers and packages, exchange Your Ucom points and use other features of the Ucom Mobile application, which are presented in more detail in these General terms and conditions for using the Ucom Mobile application, hereinafter referred to as the Terms.
Definitions:
Ucom: "Ucom" closed joint-stock company
Subscriber or You: any person with whom a Subscription agreement has been concluded
Terms: Privacy and policy for using the Ucom Mobile application
Primary number: the number You registered in the Ucom Mobile application with
Subscriber's (Your) consent to these Terms
When clicking on the “Mobile application general terms and conditions” active link before accessing the Mobile application and after You have entered the security code, the General terms and conditions for using the Mobile application will open. By reading the General terms and conditions for using the Mobile application, You give Your unconditional consent to them by clicking the "I agree" button.

Mobile application description, features and terms of use for subscribers-natural persons
- While logging in, You (the Subscriber) will be offered to set a Face ID/Fingerprint/PIN code through the Mobile application in order to access the Mobile application more securely in the future.
- After logging in, You’ll see:
- Your tariff plan and the balance of inclusions thereof;
- personal amount available on the number;
- You can change Your tariff plan at any time.
- You can activate any package available to Your tariff plan.
- According to Your preferred option, You can activate various paid (VAS) services.
- You can activate and deactivate the Roaming service.
- You can pay for both fixed and mobile services of Yourself or another Ucom subscriber.
- Payments are made by bank card. You can attach a bank card to make future payments more convenient.
- You can see the statement of outgoing phone calls, short messages (SMS) and Internet usage of the primary phone number for the last 3 days, through a grouped version.
- You can order the statement of outgoing phone calls, short messages (SMS) and data exchange via the Internet of the primary phone number for the last 62 (sixty-two) days.
- You can also add Ucom phone numbers of Your close relatives (parent, child, adopting, adopted, blood or step- (common father or common mother) brother or sister, grandfather, grandmother, grandchild, spouse, spouse's parent or child's spouse) to Your Mobile application, for which You need to get the consent of the user of the phone number, which he or she shall give You by sharing the code sent to his or her phone number. Moreover, the user of the phone number shall have the right to refrain from providing the code sent to his or her phone number at his or her own discretion, and by providing it he or she shall bear all the risks and unwanted and/or negative consequences arising from the provision of the code. The above-mentioned risks and unwanted and/or negative consequences due to the provision of the code are mentioned in the short message (SMS) sent to the user of the phone number. Ucom shall not bear any responsibility for the risks, unwanted and/or negative consequences arising from the provision by the user of the phone number of the code sent to his or her hone number.
- After adding other numbers to the Application, the user of the primary phone number can:
- see their tariff plan, inclusions thereof and the balance of the latter;
- change the tariff plan;
- activate services and packages;
- activate or deactivate the Roaming service;
- top up the account.
Mobile application description, features and terms of use for Corporate subscribers
- While logging in, You (the Subscriber) will be offered to set a Face ID/Fingerprint/PIN code through the Mobile application in order to access the Mobile application more securely in the future.
- After logging in, You’ll see:
- Your tariff plan and the balance of inclusions thereof;
- personal amount available on the number;
- the amount of the corporate tariff plan (for example, if Level Up is 3000, then You’ll see -3000 AMD).
- According to Your preferred option, You can activate various paid (VAS) services from the personal account of the Corporate phone number.
- You can pay for both fixed and mobile services of Yourself or another Ucom subscriber from the personal account of the Corporate phone number.
- Corporate subscriber shall not be able to:
- change the tariff plan at any time;
- activate any package available to the tariff plan;
- activate or deactivate the Roaming service;
- see the statement of outgoing phone calls, short messages (SMS) and Internet usage of the primary phone number.

In case of questions and issues related to the use of the Mobile application, You can apply to the nearest sales and service center of "Ucom" CJSC, or call the "Ucom" CJSC subscriber service center with the short number 444 from Your Ucom phone number and 011 444 444 from any other phone number.
Attention: there are limitations for Corporate subsrcribers on using the Mobile application and some of its features. In case of questions, issues and/or clarifications, Corporate subscribers can apply to the nearest sales and service center of "Ucom" CJSC, or call the "Ucom" CJSC subscriber service center with the short number 444 from Your Ucom phone number and 011 444 444 from any other phone number.
Subscriber’s (Your) responsibility
Without limiting Your other obligations defined by the legislation regulating the sector, the Subscription agreement concluded with You and/or "General terms and conditions for the provision of electronic communication and other related services" of the "Ucom" CJSC;
- You are the one responsible for the actions/inactions of all those persons, when those persons access the Ucom mobile application on Your smartphone without Your knowledge or permission and/or consent and use Ucom services in any way. All actions (including inaction) performed through the Ucom Mobile application shall be considered to be done on Your behalf and You shall be obliged to fully repay all debts resulting from such use and bear all potential risks and unwanted and/or negative consequences resulting from the above actions/inaction.
- If Your SIM card or phone is lost or stolen, You should immediately inform Ucom about it by visiting any Ucom service center or by calling the "Ucom" CJSC subscriber service center with the short number 444 from the Ucom phone number and 011 444 444 from any other phone number. After You provide the necessary information required by Ucom (as well as corresponding documents, if needed), the services provided will be immediately suspended at Your request, taking into account the technical capabilities and limitations of the Ucom’s network, to prevent unwanted use by other persons. Without limiting other rights and legal remedies of Ucom defined by the legislation regulating the sector, the Subscription agreement and/or "General terms and conditions for the provision of electronic communication and other related services" of the "Ucom" CJSC", the "Ucom" CJSC shall not responsible for any damage(s) caused to You as a result of using the Mobile application, if they have been caused by Your fault and/or as a result of Your actions and/or inaction or force majeure.
- You commit and agree to refrain from the following:
- full or partial reproduction, repition, modification, export, duplication, transmission or use of any information and data published in the Mobile application or necessary for operation thereof;
- any damage to website data and content, unauthorized download, DDoS attacks, hacker attacks, miasappropriation, attempts to bypass or damage security devices, phishing, illegal intrusion into Ucom’s infrastructures and other illegal actions;
- and in general, any use of the Mobile application that does not comply with the purpose of the Mobile application set in these Terms, the terms and conditions for use of the Mobile application defined in these Terms, and/or any use that may damage its integrity or availability and/or violate Ucom’s interests and/or exclusive rights, as well as use of the Mobile application in violation of the legislation regulating the sector, Subscription agreement, "General terms and conditions for the provision of electronic communication and other related services" of the "Ucom" CJSC" and/or these Terms.
Ucom’s rights
Without limiting Ucom’s other rights and legal remedies defined by the legislation regulating the sector, the Subscription agreement and/or "General terms and conditions for the provision of electronic communication and other related services" of the "Ucom" CJSC";
Ucom shall have the right to:
- deny the Subscriber’s login to the Mobile application, suspend, limit, terminate the Subscriber's access to the Mobile application, if the Subscriber uses the Mobile application in violation of these Terms and/or provisions of the Subscription agreement and/or the requirements of the legislation regulating the sector;
- modify, suspend or terminate the Mobile application or any Service, any information, function or product offered through the Mobile application at any time, at its discretion, with or without notice;
- revise these Terms at any time, about which Subscribers will be notified through the Mobile application. Such revisions are binding for Subscribers, so the latter ones should regularly visit Ucom’s official website to read the current Terms of use of the Mobile application. The Terms of use of the Mobile application cannot be amended by Subscribers.
Availability
The Mobile application is available 24/7. However, in the event of force majeure, due to an electronic communication network, in case of weak or overloaded connection or unavailability, the availability of the Mobile application may be fully or partially slowed down, limited or interrupted. Moreover, Ucom may undertake troubleshooting or preventive maintenance measures with regard to the Mobile application. Therefore, Ucom does not guarantee the availability of or uninterrupted access to the Mobile Application, if the absence thereof is conditioned by a situation that Ucom could not foresee, prevent or preclude.
Intellectual property and copyrights
The Mobile application and its content (source code, texts, images, photos, graphics, data, information, structure, software and databases, as well as Ucom’s name, Ucom’s logo and names and logos of Ucom’s products and/or services) are the exclusive property of Ucom, unless otherwise provided for by these Terms. Other products, services or names mentioned in the Mobile application may be the trademarks or brand names of their owners and right holders.
In no event may the fact of using the Mobile application be construed in any way as a transfer of the right, license, patent on or authorization to use the website materials. Therefore, the full or partial reproduction, presentation, export, modification, dissemination or exploitation of the Mobile application or any of its components is strictly prohibited, unless authorized in advance by Ucom.
The Ucom’s name, Ucom’s logo, and Ucom’s product or service names and logos used in the Ucom’s Mobile application (Mobile application) are trademarks of Ucom company. Other products, services or names mentioned in the Mobile application may be trademarks or brand names of their owners. Your access to the Mobile application may not be construed as issuing You, by default or otherwise, a license to use the marks contained in the Mobile application or the right to use them without the prior written consent of Ucom or their owner. Any content available through the Mobile application is provided by Ucom, "Ucom" CJSC, content providers or third parties, the copyright thereon belongs to Ucom or its affiliates, content providers or third parties, and is protected by respective legislation and international agreements on the copyright. All rights are protected. Without the prior written permission of "Ucom" CJSC, full or partial reproduction, modification, transmission, dissemination or saving of the content contained in the Mobile application in any form or by any means is prohibited.
Personal information, Mobile application accessing
To access the Mobile application, You need to enter Your Ucom phone number, to which a security code will be sent, which You should enter in the Mobile application.
For security reasons, it is recommended that You provide additional protection by setting a Face ID, fingerprint or PIN code. You bear all risks, potential negative consequences and responsibility resulting from and/or related to Your failure to observe the safety measures, and Ucom shall bear no responsibility for Your failure to observe the safety measures.
The personal information provided by You is processed on the basis of international agreements and conventions regulating the field of personal data, to which the Republic of Armenia has joined, provisions of the RA legislation, including the RA Law "On protection of personal information", provision of the RA Law "On electronic communication", Subscription Agreement concluded with You, "General terms and conditions for the provision of electronic communication and other related services" of "Ucom" CJSC and "Personal data processing policy" of "Ucom" CJSC, constituting an integral part thereof (hereinafter referred to as Legal acts).
You agree to the processing of personal information about You by Ucom in accordance with the provisions of these Terms and the provisions of the Legal acts listed above.
Responsibility
Without limiting Ucom’s other rights and legal remedies defined by the legislation regulating the sector, the Subscription agreement concluded with You and/or "General terms and conditions for the provision of electronic communication and other related services" of the "Ucom" CJSC", Ucom shall not be responsible:
- for interruption of availability of the Mobile application, limitation, failure of Services and/or other arising issues due to the malfunction of the phone(s) or other equipment owned by the Subscriber (You);
- in case of interruptions, failures and decline in quality indicators of the Services provided through the Mobile application, the causes of which are in territories outside of the Ucom’s control, which, without limitations, includes the failure of telecommunications means and the unavailability of servers which are located outside the boundaries of the network operated by Ucom and are not under the Ucom’s control;
- Ucom does not carry out any control over the information transferred over its network and is not responsible for the accuracy of the information and content received by the Subscriber (You). Any information or content transferred over the Ucom network is used at the Subscriber's (Your) risk and responsibility;
- for SPAM, hacking activities, transmission of viruses, malware and damages caused to the Subscriber (You) as a result of using the Mobile application;
- for any direct or indirect damage (in particular, any financial or commercial damage, loss of programs or data) that the Subscriber (You) or a third party may bear as a result of using the Mobile application and the information contained therein;
- for lost profit, as well as indirect damages arising as a result and/or in consequence of using the Mobile application.
Other provisions
These Terms, together with "General terms and conditions for the provision of electronic communication and other related services" published on the official website of "Ucom" CJSC, special terms and conditions related to separate Services, the price list of the Services, the Tariff plan, the Service offer description, as well as applicable rules and regulations prescribed by Ucom in regard to the use of each Service, shall be an integral part of the binding Subscription agreement concluded between You and Ucom.
By consenting to these Terms in the manner defined by these Terms, You confirm that You have fully read these Terms, with which You fully agree, and You give Your unconditional consent to provide the information about Your obligations towards Ucom and fulfillment thereof, including payments, debts, payment habits to the credit bureaus operating in the RA for use for a purpose defined by law.

Ucom needs to ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION and ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION to be able to send notifications about Roaming and other geo-specific services.
Ucom app requires user's location data in order to provide a better experience:
- Nearby Ucom stores: If a user is in a specific district of a city and and wants to visit a Ucom store, we will be able to to show the nearest stores.
- Roaming services: Tracking user location will allow us to offer the best roaming tariff plans for a specific country. By knowing where the user is traveling, the app can recommend the most cost-effective plans and help the user avoid expensive roaming charges. E.g., if the user is in Italy, we will recommend to connect to the right network provider to avoid high roaming costs and use special bundles/offers designed for specific countries during the travel season.
- Network troubleshooting: When a user reaches out to customer support with a complaint about network quality, location tracking will allow to troubleshoot issues as fast as possible, optimize network and improve coverage in that region.
- Regional offers: We always strive to deliver service packages with more affordable prices to Armenia's regions. By using location tracking, we will be able to provide customized promotions to subscribers based on local demand, network coverage.
