IVR menu

IVR recording service is developed for UCom business customers to use professionally recorded company IVRs, guiding calling customers with welcome message and corresponding voice commands to reach relevant employees in your company.

The recorded IVR format shall be in corresponding voice format so that it could be used with Ucom vOffice or other PBXs.

CRM* system support

The CRM system support service is offered to Ucom business customers who use their own CRM systems and require integration with vOffice.

With this integration, all incoming and outgoing calls through vOffice will be properly reflected in their existing CRM systems.

Robocall (Autocall)

  • Robocall (Autocall) service enables Ucom vOffice business customers to reach their clients or employees with pre-recorded audio messages, providing updates on payments, new campaigns, alerts, and more.
  • Customers can upload their recorded audio message in MP3 format, schedule the date and time of the Robocall campaign, configure all other settings through a web interface, and view call statistics.
  • Robocall service fee : 10 AMD (with VAT) / per answered Robocall (Autocall).
  • In addition to the Robocall fee, a per-minute call charge will apply based on the applicable vOffice telephony tariffs (depending on whether mobile or fixed numbers are dialed).

  • With V-Office you will use fixed telephony at the following tariffs:

    Fixed telephony services are provided through Ucom (060) 65XXXX numbers. 
    International calls are charged based on the applicable

    The monthly fee per line ranges from 100 to 500 AMD/month, depending on the number of lines your company uses. The larger your company, the lower the cost per line.

    The Closed User Group (CUG) service will be activated for Ucom fixed telephony network numbers registered under the same organization’s name.

     

  • With V-Office you will use mobile telephony at the following tariffs:

    This closed group service is activated for mobile numbers registered under the same organization’s name within Ucom’s mobile network.
    Activate SMS packages (link to SMS) and send SMS messages to any local or international mobile number at reduced rates.
    Activate internet packages (link to internet package) and enjoy mobile internet at lower rates.

    The monthly fee per line ranges from 100 to 300 AMD per month, depending on the number of lines provide
