uGO Tariff Plan

  • By joining the “Extra Internet Volume” offer upon the expiry of the 18 months’ commitment you will be getting the same volume of internet for a period of 12 months. Moreover, you can also join the offer before the end term of the commitment. In this case the offer becomes effective after the expiry of the commitment, if you did not terminate it before the latter came into force. In case of early termination of the service, refusal from the service or switching to prepaid internet service, it is necessary to pay the waiver in the amount of 15,000 AMD. The offer agreement is renewed every 12 months until you deactivate it before the next effective date. In that case, you deactivate the option to extend the validity of the agreement without paying a waiver.

    Upon expiration of the “Extra Internet Volume” Agreement, it is renewed for another 12 months, until you have terminated the automatic renewal of the Agreement. In case of early termination of the service, refusal from the service or switching to the prepaid internet service during the term of the agreement, it is necessary to pay the waiver  in the amount of 15,000 AMD.

    Within 30 days after auto-renewal, you can cancel the "Extra Internet Volume" offer without paying a cancellation penalty.

    You can activate paid services using your negative balance and send SMSs. The credit limit will be available for use 15 days after subscription. 

    If necessary, you can reduce your negative balance, set under your tariff plan to 500 AMD by calling 444 or visiting any sales and service center of Ucom.

    The Subscription Agreement for uGo is concluded for an indefinite period, with 18 months’ commitment. This commitment is deemed fulfilled, if the subscriber has paid monthly fees for 18 months (including the fine for payment delay).

    18 months’ commitment ends on the last day of month, when the payment of the 18th monthly fee is made. For example, if you’ve subscribed on October 5, 2020 and every month you have paid both your monthly fee and for the services used from your negative balance, then your commitment will end on April, 2022.

    The Commitment Period consists of the first full month, in which the given commitment agreement was signed, and the following months during which more than half of the monthly fee for your current tariff plan was charged for all the services included in your tariff plan.

    After expiry of 18 months’ commitment, the Subscription Agreement will continue remaining in force, unless terminated by subscriber by visiting a sales and service center of Ucom.

    From March 11, the ability to send SMS abroad from the mobile Internet number will be suspended. Continue sending SMS to local networks.

Other conditions

  • You need to make payment every month till the 20th day of it inclusive. To check the amount due just send a blank SMS to 133 short number or dial *133*11# from any Ucom mobile voice number and enter the internet number.
  • If the consumed internet volume exceeds 200 GB within a month, Ucom reserves the right to set the maximum Internet speed up to 1 Mbps in order to avoid network congestion.
  • The price of SMS to all local networks is 15 AMD, while SMS to international destinations are not available for mobile internet users.
