You can buy only one Multi Bundle at a time. Your Multi Bundle has a limited validity, and all non-consumed SMS/MMS (to local numbers)/MB will be nullified after the validity expiration.
When you activate an SMS-Bundle and a Multi Bundle simultaneously, the SMSes you are send will be first deducted from the SMS-Bundle.
The Multi and SMS Bundles cannot be used to buy premium content.
Mobile internet traffic from Multi Bundles will be consumed by kilobyte. If the Bundle expires while you are using internet, your session will not be interrupted and charging will continue from another active Bundle or directly from your balance.
How to activate?
Ucom Business customers can buy Bundles from their personal account. Even if a subscriber reaches his/her credit limit, he/she can recharge his personal account in order to buy Bundles. If a Bundle contains services already part of the corporate account (for example SMS, off-net minutes), Bundles will be consumed first.
The activation of Multi Bundles can be done by dialing *111*3# and pressing the call button or by calling 111.
You will receive an SMS confirming the activation of your Bundle.
Direct activation of a specific bundle is also possible by using the following shortcuts:
*111*3211# and pressing the call button to activate “Multi 25”
*111*3211# and pressing the call button to activate “Multi 50”
*111*3211# and pressing the call button to activate “Multi 100”
